the staff was ALWAYS friendly and ready to help i enjoyed having different options for food ALL DAY the asian restaurant was fantastic and the drinks at the pool bar were REALLY GOOD i'd visit again in a heartbeat. the room was super clean and cozy i slept well and the view was amazing.
the gym equipment is a bit old some machines could use an update i still managed a decent workout.

the hotel is located near the airport making transfers VERY EASY an oxxo store is conveniently across the street for any quick needs you might have access to transportation is straightforward.

multiple dining options are available including a buffet restaurant and à la carte choices the asian restaurant hakka offers a delicious menu almar the italian restaurant provides HIGH-QUALITY FOOD room service is included and efficient.

the hotel features a split pool area with available sunbeds there is a hot tub but the jets weren't working fully the beach offers plenty of sunbeds and warm water a tennis court is available for guest use.

the rooms have a mini-bar stocked with drinks refilled daily rooms include a coffee machine tv and hairdryer air conditioning is available though it can be a little noisy furniture showed some signs of wear but it was VERY CLEAN.

the staff members were pleasant and accommodated requests the reception staff spoke both spanish and english some staff members spoke french the pool service was good particularly when tipping breakfast service at azul was ATTENTIVE AND PROFESSIONAL.

i had three different rooms during my short stay , which was inconvenient.

i found the beach to be easily accessible every day i loved the clear water. the staff remembered our names providing a personal touch i enjoyed. the daily entertainment offered nice variety it enhanced our vacation. i also took advantage of the proximity to the airport after a late arrival.
the beer selection was quite limited i wished there were more options.

The location is near the airport. It was a short drive. The rooms were kept very clean. New towels looked each day.
The beach area had limited sunlight in the afternoons. We had to move down the beach to stay in the sun. The bed sheets were old and a bit scratchy. The minibar only had a few drinks.
